Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using brusselsosteopath.be (the "Site"), booking an appointment through it, or otherwise interacting with the services it offers, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Neil Ingram, Osteopath (Brussels Osteopath), 5 Rue des Trévires, 1040 Brussels, Belgium. Neil Ingram is a registered osteopath in Belgium, member of UPOB-BVBO and GNRPO. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean this practice.

3. Medical disclaimer

Articles, blog posts, exercise suggestions, and self-care tips are educational in nature. Individual circumstances vary, and what is appropriate for one person may not be appropriate for another. We accept no responsibility for any action taken on the basis of website content without professional consultation.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its supporting systems.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including via malware, scraping at scale, or automated abuse.
• Use any Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity when booking, contacting us, or filling in any form.

5. Online bookings

Appointments are booked via our partner Cliniko directly from the Site. By submitting a booking you confirm that the information provided is accurate, that you are over 18 (or have parental/guardian consent), and that you accept Cliniko's own terms where applicable. The booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Cliniko.

6. Cancellation & no-show

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge at any time before the session starts, using the link in your confirmation email. There are no cancellation fees.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in us being unable to offer you future appointments at short notice. If you cannot attend, please cancel as early as you can so the slot can be offered to someone on the waitlist.

7. Fees & payment

All sessions are €70 for 45 minutes, payable at the end of the appointment. We accept the payment methods listed at the practice. We provide a Belgian-format receipt and an attestation that you can submit to your mutuality or insurer for partial reimbursement, where applicable. Reimbursement amounts depend on your individual policy and are decided by your insurer, not by us.

8. Waitlist (Clinicroll)

Our waitlist is operated through Clinicroll at fill.clinicroll.com/brusselsosteopath. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation to book. You can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any waitlist message we send you.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, illustrations, page layouts, code — is owned by Neil Ingram or licensed to us, and is protected under Belgian and EU copyright law. You may read and share links to the Site freely, but copying or reproducing substantial portions of the content without our written permission is not permitted.

10. Third-party links & services

The Site includes links to and embeds from third-party services we rely on (Cliniko for bookings, Clinicroll for the waitlist, Google for analytics and maps, Cloudflare for hosting, WhatsApp for direct contact). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of malicious code. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian and EU law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Belgian law — for example, liability for personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Belgium. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Brussels, without prejudice to any consumer rights under EU law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted clearly where appropriate.
